A: The loyalty program is for those students who would like to keep coming to Little River. Students who pay for 3 months of lessons beforehand will receive a discount. Then, depending on
what class you sign up for, there are more bonuses for students who pay for 6months, 9 months and 1 year. (Please look at the Bonus Awards System chart for the awards rewarded.)

A: By e-mail is the most efficient. Since Little River is a smaller school, we may be in a lesson or meeting and not always be able to answer the phone. In the mail, just include your name (in
hiragana too), a phone number or e-mail address, and what you would like to discuss. The e-mail is checked between classes, so you should hear a response by the end of the day.
