A: The loyalty program is for those students who would like to keep coming to Little River. For students who buy 1 month of lessons in advance, they receive a stamp on a loyalty card. Once they
collect 5 stamps, you can choose between a free lesson or an event!
The Bonus Awards System is for students who want to continue with Little River on a regular basis. Students who pay for 3 months of lessons beforehand will receive a discount. Then, depending on
what class you sign up for, there are more bonuses for students who pay for 6months, 9 months and 1 year. (Please look at the Bonus Awards System chart for the awards rewarded.)

A: Yes! If you are currently taking a course, and would like to add another, the price will be discounted. For example: Mio is taking a PL once a week, but wants to add a GL. The group lesson
price will be 500yen off. 4000yen (PL) + 2000yen - 500yen (GL) = 5500yen per week. If Mio wants another PL, then take 1000yen off! 4000yen (PL) + 4000yen-1000yen(2ndPL) = 7000yen.
すでに週1回のコースを受講の方や、別のコースを追加したい場合、レッスン料の割引がございます。
例えば、プライベートレッスンを週1回受講の場合で、グループレッスンを追加したい場合、追加分のグループレッスンは500円引になります。

A: By e-mail is the most efficient. Since Little River is a smaller school, we may be in a lesson or meeting and not always be able to answer the phone. In the mail, just include your name (in
hiragana too), a phone number or e-mail address, and what you would like to discuss. The e-mail is checked between classes, so you should hear a response by the end of the day.
メールでのご予約がベストです。当校は小さな学校のため、レッスン中や会議中の場合、必ずしもお電話での応対ができるとは限りません。メールにお名前（ひらがなも可）、電話番号、メールアドレス、用件を書いてお送りいただければOKです。メールはレッスンの合間に確認しておりますので、その日のうちにはお返事させていただくことができます。
